How to Prepare Ginger Chicken - Special NON Veg - Little Talks

 



INGREDIENTS

Chicken - 400 g (meat only)

Large Onion - 1 (finely chopped)

Ginger - 5 g (skin removed)

Chili Powder- 2 pinch

Curry leaves - a little

Oil - 50 g

Salt - the required amount

Small onion - 2 (finely chopped)

Grinding coconut- 2 pinch

Pepper - 1 pinch

Anise - 2 pinch

Cumin - 1/2 pinch


PROCESS

Finely grind the ginger, shallots, grated coconut, pepper, anise and cumin and keep aside. Then pour the oil in a frying pan and after it dries well, add the large onion and fry till it turns golden brown. Add curry leaves and a little bit of ginger and fry gently till it turns green. After a while add salt and chilli powder and fry. Then add the chicken to it, add the ground spices, 400 ml of water and place on the stove sim. Delicious ginger chicken is prepared if the chicken is well fried and then dies.
