INGREDIENTS
Turkey - 1/4 kg
Small onion - 200 g
Tomatoes - 2
Green Chili - 3
Garlic - 15 teeth
Chili powder - 20 g
Cumin - 10 g
Pepper - 30 g
Anise - 10 g
Garam masala - 10 g
Butter - 150 g
Coriander - required amount
Curry leaves - required amount
Salt - the required amount
PROCESS
First add ginger, 7 cloves garlic and grind to a fine paste. Then add hazelnut oil to the cooker and heat it a little. Add curry leaves, chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, remaining 8 cloves garlic and chopped tomatoes. Then add all the powders, turkey, salt, 1 tsp water and let it cool down until 4 whistles come. Then sprinkle with coriander leaves and take out after frying to prepare hot delicious turkey garlic roast.
